How to Clock in / out
ClockedIn can be used from anywhere, and because of this there are a few different ways to clock in and out of the app.
Before you begin: only one instance of ClockedIn can be open at a time on your desktop browser. Just like in your Point of Sale (POS) app which only allows singular usage. So, if you find yourself in ClockedIn on desktop and use ClockedIn on multiple stores, you may get some confusing information.
To fix this, close all of the tabs except for the one you need open on your desktop browser and reload ClockedIn. This should fix any challenges of mixed information. If you have any further issues, please email us at support@clockedin.io.

Clocking in / out from a mobile device (Shopify POS)
Note: make sure you have made ClockedIn accessible in your POS by adding it to your Home screen.

In the Shopify POS app on your mobile device, tap the ClockedIn tile:

Under Time clock, enter your PIN number and tap Clock in | out (you may also tap the "check" button next to "0"):

You'll receive a message on the screen letting you know that you're either clocked in or clocked out:

Note: make sure you have accessed your Shopify admin account, so the ClockedIn app can be accessed.

Access the ClockedIn app on https://app.clockedin.io/app/admin/login. You may also access it from your Shopify admin, under Apps:
