How to use ClockedIn on desktop

Thank you for choosing ClockedIn. This app works on mobile,tablet, and desktop. Which empowers you to work from anywhere. 

That being said, only one instance of ClockedIn can be open at a time on your desktop browser.  Just like in your Point of Sale app which only allows singular usage.  So, if you find yourself in ClockedIn on desktop and use ClockedIn on multiple stores, you may get some confusing information.  

To fix this, close all of the tabs except for the one you need open on your desktop browser and reload ClockedIn.  This should fix any challenges of mixed information.  If you have any further issues, please email us at support@clockedin.io
